HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
There are 3 return options: in-store, at a Drop off point and Home Collection. In-store is always free.
IN STORE RETURN
The simplest way is to return the item at one of Bershka's shops located in the country you made the purchase, provided that the store offers the same department the item belongs to (women's or men's). This option is always free.
DROP OFF RETURN
If you prefer, you can request a DropOff return on our website, where you can leave the items at one of our collection points. Please find below our Drop Off return policy:
- If you request your first Drop Off return for each order within the first 15 days of return period it will be FREE
- If you make your first return request after the first 15 days of return period, we will charge the shipping cost of 8 PLN
- If you would like to return more items from the same order with the second return request, we will charge the shipping cost of 8 PLN
The Drop Off return cost of 8 PLN will be deducted from the refunded amount.
HOME COLLECTION
The Home Collection return method has a cost of 12 PLN per return and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you request Home Collection, transport will collect the order in 24-48 hours (working days).
Either way, the steps to follow are indicated in "My Account” “Returns”. Garments must be in perfect condition.

In case you want to return items from several orders, it is important that you apply for a return request for each one, according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Bershka is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different purchase. Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount on the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. In the case of paid in store, you must go to one of our stores to receive the return on the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email showing that the amount will be returned to your account in the next few days. The time it takes for the return to appear in your account will always depend on your bank.

Can I exchange the clothes I bought at bershka.com?
You can return your items in one of our Bershka stores within 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation email. To exchange the item you have to return it and make the new purchase. To see your nearest stores click here.

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, still have their original tags and be unused. Returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the shipping confirmation email.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Personalized items
- Lingerie
- Earrings
- Hair items
- Caps or hats.
- Printed on demand items
- The Bershka Print Shop products
Remember the following special conditions for some of our items:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Accessories: must be returned with their full original packaging and be unused.
- Fragrances and beauty: must be returned with their original, unopened packaging.
- Packs: must not be separated and must be returned with all the pieces in the original packaging.
Exchanges must always be made at a physical store and according to the same conditions indicated for the products to be returned.

Can I return any item?
Yes, except for underwear, earrings and hair items. The items must be in perfect condition and with their correct labels. Keep in mind the following special conditions for some of our items: • Bath clothes: must include the hygiene sticker. • Accessories: they need to be returned with their original packaging and without any manipulation. • Fragrances and beauty collection: must be returned in the same original packaging, sealed.
• Packs: these cannot be divided and all of the items must be returned in the original packaging.
Bershka.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition that they were received.

Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, P24, Gift Card and American Express, Paypal.
We do not accept cash, checks or phone orders.
Payment with ApplePay and GooglePay only available in Apps.

When is the purchase amount removed from my bank account?
Once the bank authorizes payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order, but the money will not be removed from your account until the items leave our warehouse to the destination you requested.
This means that if, for any reason, we cannot send any of the items you ordered, there will be no charge to your account for that amount.

For what reasons could my credit card be rejected?
Your credit card can be rejected for the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check the expiration date to rule out this possibility.
- You may have reached your card’s limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the purchasing limit.
Make sure you have correctly entered all the information on the card.
If after checking all possibilities you still cannot complete your purchase, contact your bank to resolve the problem.

Can I request Tax-Free?
No. Tax-free only applies to products purchased in-store and which are taken from the store by the individual.

Is it safe to purchase with a bank card at Bershka.com?
Yes. Card information entered is transmitted in encrypted form using the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data; you can verify this by clicking on the padlock that appears in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
For credit card transactions, the security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required. You can only see it if you have physical access to the card, and it will not be saved on our website.
Additionally, we have anti-fraud systems to detect illegal or improper use of credit cards.
Bershka.com reserves the right to contact you to request more information in the event of any problems with payment.

Where is my order?
You can track your order here to access your account. If you have placed your order as a "Guest", you must enter your email and phone number here. We will send you an SMS with a code that you need to enter to access your order history. This should take you to your orders detail with an option of tracking the carrier (for all shipping methods other than in store). We will notify you by email of all changes in the status of your order.

How I can cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not "Packaged". ● If you are a registered user, go to the "My Orders" section here and register to see the status of your order. All you have to do is enter the order history and select "Cancel". You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes. ● If you are not a registered user, go to the "My orders" section here and enter your email address and the phone number you used at the time of purchase. We will send you an SMS with a code that you must enter to access your order history. Once entered, you will be able to directly track your order and select the option to "Cancel". You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

What messages will I receive about the status of my order?
A first order confirmation email, at the moment you make the purchase. Another email confirmation of delivery, when your order leaves our warehouse to the address that you have entered. In the case of home delivery, the courier company will contact you to give you the tracking number of your order and communicate when it will be delivered. In the case of delivery in store, we will send you an email and an SMS when your order arrives at the store that you have chosen for you to pick it up from. In the case of delivery at a collection point, the carrier company will contact you when the order is available with instructions to pick up at the point you have requested.

What do the different states of my order mean in "My Account"?
● Approving: once your order has been processed and the information you have provided is being checked.
● In process: your order is being prepared in our warehouse.
● Sent: the items have left our distribution centre to the requested address.
● In store: your order has arrived at the store.
● In transit: when the order is pending delivery by the carrier.
● Delivered: final status that indicates the order has been delivered correctly. -
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, all you have to do is forward the order confirmation email or the SMS to another person so that they can present it in store and pick up the package.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
At Bershka.com we offer our customers items in perfect condition, which go through an exhaustive quality control. If you receive an item that you consider to be defective or that you have not ordered, you can contact our customer service here (hyperlink to contact Call Center).

How do I shop online?
You can easily make a purchase from any browser or through our iOS or Android app. Download it here safe in the knowledge that we guarantee the security of your data during all your purchases.
Simply follow the following easy steps:
- Select the section you’re interested in and the category of the item you’d like to purchase or use our search function to find it. You can view all the information about the items you’re interested in via each product's description (e.g. materials, care instructions, size, colour, price, reference number).
- Add the items you want to buy to your cart and then check out, either as a registered user or as a guest! However, if you register you’ll get access to your own account where you can directly track your orders.
- To complete your purchase, you'll need to select your shipping and payment methods of choice.

The perfect solution for those last-minute gifts. Giftcards will be sent to the recipient’s email address. Valid at physical stores as well as the online store.

Where can I buy a gift card?
You can buy and use our gift card, in the country in which you purchased it, at any Bershka store or at bershka.com: ● If you buy a physical gift card on the web, we will send it to the address you provide in the established delivery times. ● If you buy a virtual gift card we will send it to the recipient by email on the day and time you choose.

How do I activate a virtual Gift Card purchased at bershka.com?
During the purchase process we will ask you for the recipient's mobile phone number. When the recipient receives the virtual card, in the same email they will see a link to activate it. Just click on the link, enter the card number, the CVV2 code and the activation key. This key will be the last 4 digits of the mobile phone entered during the purchase process. You can also activate it here.

What do I do if I lose my gift card?
The Gift Card is a bearer document. Bershka will not replace the card in case of theft, loss, or damage.

What is the electronic receipt?
It is an electronic billing system that does away with sales receipts. From now on, all orders placed on the website and APP will feature this new system. From now on, all orders placed on the website and APP will feature this new system, with the exception of orders with the Gift Receipt or Cash on Delivery options, which will continue to receive a printed receipt.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive each receipt attached to the order email we will send from bershka.com . It will also be automatically saved in the 'My Orders' section of your personal account.

How do I return an item if I don't have a receipt?
For in-store returns, you need only show the electronic ticket that you received with the Shipment Confirmation on the screen of your mobile phone, and the item that you want to return. You may also access the receipt through the web page or APP. Just enter "My Account" and then go to the "Orders" section.
For Drop Off returns, you’ll need to select the return option via your account, and package the items you wish to return. You won’t even need to print a receipt!

How can I exchange items without a receipt
The same as with returns, you need only show the electronic receipt attached to the Order Confirmation on the screen of your mobile phone, and the item that you wish to exchange. It's that easy!
